INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (does not include weekends/public holidays):
a) USA ~ 3 to 8 business days (tracking system available)
b) Rest of the world ~ 3 to 12 business days (tracking system available varies)
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months), during promotions or other instances.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.
Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel a order if it has already been processed.
If order is cancelled within 30 minutes before your order is PROCESSED there is a transaction fee of $20 per each order
If you reach out and we tell you it is processed, the order cannot be cancelled.

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Unauthorized Returns:
Returns sent to our warehouse without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
International Orders:
We gladly accept returns of international orders. Please note: the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.
We’ll always provide an estimate of the shipping deduction before finalizing your return.
I ordered multiple items. Will they be shipped separately?
Yes, that's correct. Our store operates on a dropshipping model, where items are shipped directly from various suppliers. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different suppliers and therefore arrive in separate packages. Please note that this may result in multiple shipping charges depending on the number of items. We appreciate your understanding.
Secure Delivery with a One-Time Password
ue to the value of some items, a One-Time Password (OTP) is required on delivery for some orders.
An OTP adds an extra layer of security to your packages.
If an OTP is required, we'll send a six-digit numeric OTP to your registered email address on the package delivery day.
You can also find the OTP:
- By selecting Track Package beside the order in Your Orders on the delivery day.
Your OTP is valid until the end of the delivery day.
Read the OTP that you’ve received to the driver in person and not over phone or intercom to receive the package.
Note:
- If you're unable to receive the package, share the OTP with someone you choose and they can receive the package for you in person. We don't recommend sharing the OTP with an unknown person.
- If no one can receive the package, we'll reattempt the delivery on the next working day.
- Don't add your phone number in the delivery address instructions.
- If you're not available to accept the delivery, ask the driver to reattempt the delivery when you or someone you choose will be at the delivery address.
- If you're not the package recipient or have ordered the item as a gift for someone else, forward the OTP to the recipient. Rrefer them to these guidelines.
